“Before beginning a Hunt, it is wise to ask someone what you are looking for before you begin looking for it.”
Sometimes I’ve found myself in the midst of looking, not for something in particular… just looking. Of course I found nothing and in certain cases I can recall feelings of emptiness.
I also put too much emphasis on what I’m “feeling” sometimes; “I feel emptiness, therefore I’m empty” (the good ol’ if then fallacy), which is usually followed by “waaaah!”.
This, and a lot more can all be avoided if I simply follow the wisdom of Winnie the Pooh, start looking only with asking what I’m looking for. Duh.
